    Failed 1st drug test
    Hello,

    Just wonder what would happen on my first failed drug test for pot. I went to court June 1st and was tested in my first month without having enough time to clean myself out. We all know it takes about 30 days to pass a urine test for pot, could they violate me?. I have not smoked since the judge slamed the hammer down...

    So you were arrested for pot, knowing you were going to court less than 30 days ago. Of course not, how many months ago where you arrested and you keep using up till almost the time to go to court, ** if not up to the court date.

    That shows the court a total disrepect of the system.

    Can they violate you and put you back in jail, yes they can, normally they will not for the first as long as you go clean on the next
