    Tenant Cannot complete lease period
    What happens if lease automatically renewed because you didn't notify landlord on time and you cannot complete lease? If we vacate and don't pay rent will landlord likely sue us for rent?

    If you don't talk to the landlord and try to get them to release you, perhaps offer a settlement.
    But yes if you have a lease, and don't leave under agreed to terms, they will normally sue you
