Married & pregnant leaving the state
She has lived in Arizona with him for two years they are married, both working in Arizona and he is in school as well. She is due anyday now and she now wants to leave the state to have her child and get the state of California to sever his rights to his child thinking that if she has the child in California she can keep him away from his child.

    What are his rights?
