I Can't Remember This Movie Title..

So in the movie this cannibalistic female has the appetite for blood but doesn't realize it so she goes into the market and starts randomly opening food and eating on the floor but she's still hungry. In another scene she is seen eating herself or biting someone else in the back of a van.. Later in the movie she is seen in a cage...
that's all I remember..
