    Can I break my lease due to a disability. I need to move in with a family member. I have one month left on my lease

    No... you give written notice you will be leaving at the end of the lease... and you will pay the rent until that date. Or they will sue you for it and win.

    If you only have a month left can you stick it out? But you will need to give the landlord at least a months' notice even if he is willing to let you out of the lease.
