Blower runs on and on elect thermaflow
There are three adjustable tabs on my blower timer which is mounted in side my furnice compartment above the pump etc wjat I need to know is what they should be set at high temp low temp etc. this is the same unit that controles during heating seasion

Approximately 130V between each of the element terminals and ground, replaced element but no heat. Other checks; new high limit t'stat, operating t'stat shows 7 ohms, element shows 10ohms. Can trace voltage all the way to the element and the element is new. Out of ideas, need help.
