    Painful raised up mole..
I have a mole on my back that is round and raised up it can be very painful especially when I am drying my back off and the towel goes across it... if my hand scrapes it by accident or if my shirts rubs against it.. I was wondering if it could be cancerous?

No one here can tell you whether it's malignant. Obviously something is wrong.

You need to see a Physician.

Yes it could be, that is one sign of it, ( but a dozen other signs of other issues) This is a issue where you need to see your doctor
