    Dual ownership of property
    Father and son were left a house 50/50 in the will of fathers mother. Father lives in house to take care of mentally challenged handicapped brother. Brother was not left life time living rights to house. I have two questions.

    1. Can son ask for rent when both father and son own the house?

    2. Is son responsible for half of homeowners insurance, real estate taxes and home repairs?
