    Return of bond
In 2008 or 2009, my daughter posted a $5000.00 bond for a domestic violence case. After her case was over, she never received any of her money back.. Is it too late for her to try to get some of the money back, and how would she go about it.

    Thank You so much

So she had 5000 in cash that she gave the court ? If that is the case, she gets the money back unless it was applied to fines or other costs.

If she paid a bails bond company 500 dollars to post a 5000 dollar bond, she does not get anything back.
