    The fan turns slowly but not a high speed. I have truned down the setting for the air
    The fan on the heater runs slowly and not at a high speed. I have set the thermostat at 60 and the air conditioning also does not go on. We just had the units inspected last Thursday and they both were OK.

    What should I do before I call for a repair on the system?
