    You will need to get some estimates, it can be very hard to even get it off, in some cases they may have to even etch the concrete to get out what has soaked into the concrete.
    Are you going to repaint and seal and just trying to get "most" of the old off.

    I used to flip houses, my saying once painted always painted, just change the color.
    I had a 4000 PSI, hot pressure washer with a concrete cleaning attachment, It could do some, but often with damage to some of the concrete.
