Im 35 weeks pregnact.. Two days ago I been having this tummy ache, I couldn't eat well and everythinh I'll eat I'll throw up. I was really light headed with a big knot in my throat not even willing to drink water I had a lot of nausea. But tonight the baby's keeping me up from sleeping, I try to go back to sleep, but I just can't I have a little pain in my back and when I lay down upwards my lower stomach hurts a little. So I try to lay down sideways but I can't go to sleep so I try the other side and nothing either :/ >.< what could be happening? Oh and my baby is moving like normal.

Are you taking your blood pressure?? You can do that at a local drugstore, and call your doctor at the same time. Of course there are serious conditions that can arise in the final weeks of pregnancy.
