I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but here it goes anyway...

I'm curious on how does one install soundfonts into your computer in order to have different MIDI sounds plaing back from your computer. Would I need a program to load them in and where would I might be able to find soundfonts for let's say a full orchestra?
