    Guardianship for my niece
    My sister past six years ago my niece is 14 and has lived with her father since my sisters passing they were divorced my niece wants to live with me. She has come to stay with us how do I get guardianship of her/

    Her father has to sign over guardianship to you. Having an attorney prepare the paperwork is a good idea.
