I would think welcome to puppy hood :)

Some puppies are just extra licky. You can try and break this habit, but from experience, it doesn't go away. My dog would probably win every kissing contest in the next 5 counties, but I don't let her lick my face. She is a very licky dog and that is just something I have gotten use to.

There are some methods you can try, you can try grabbing the tongue... Not very hard, just grab it and say "no lick". You can try squishing his mouth shut making him bite his tonuge saying "no lick". You can spray yourself with bitter yuck and let him figure it out on his own that licking equals icky taste... but, there is a good chance every one of these methods are going to fail.

As for the toys, when he grabs something he shouldn't, take it away and give him something he can. It's going to take diligence on you to do this, but within a few weeks, he will learn that he only gets his toys.

Little, excited boy puppies have a tendency to pee. He is just overly excited. You just have to ignore it and not make a big deal about it. The more you dwell on it and try to correct it, the more he is going to pee. You will probably get peed on a lot. You can purchase male wrap doggy diapers to help save your furniture and couch. But just pet him and treat him like you would any other puppy. They do grow out of the peeing stage.
