State of Illinois sole custody documentation
I'm was a single mom now married for the past 10 years with a 16 year old son. We are traveling to mexico and they require custody documents. Trying to understand what we will need outside of his passport. He has my maiden name as his last name and my last name is hyphenated (maintaining my maiden name and new married name)? I have and have always had sole custody. His biological father is not a player.
