    How hard is it to get a Class H Felony dropped to a Misdemeanor
    This Relates to a Previous question I asked, But if the DA did decide to prosecute me , I have no past criminal record How hard would it be considering it's a non-violent crime.

    I haven't found prosecutors willing to give breaks. In fact, they usually LOAD on charges instead of reducing them...
