    If I have a warrant for not going to court and go to the dmv to get a driver license
    If I have warrants for not going to court can I still get a driver license ? An will they run my name or will I get arrested?

    All of the States share a computer system. Yes, your name will be run. No, you can't get a drivers license.

    Yes, you can arrested - and extradiced if it's necessary and the Police choose to do so.

    Going to other states do they still run your name in the dmv?
    If I moved to another state like California an I have a warrant for not appearing for court an I wanted to get a license from the dmv will they run my name ? An will I get arrest?
