    Tenant leaves belongings
    My sister was living with me. I live in Ohio. She just started moving her things out after I evicted her. She hasn't been staying here but she comes to get her things.how long should I give her to remove he property from my home?

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion, I've moved your post to its own thread.

    Did you evict her or ask her to leave? There is a difference. An eviction order is only issued by a court.

    A reasonable amount of time would be 30 days to clean out her stuff. But she needs to be informed of the deadline.
