I was chewing trident layer gum just to be specific and I drank some water and totally forgot it was in my mouth!! I swallowed it!! What should I do? Am I okay??

There is a fear, (its huge in my generation) that if you swallow gum, it will be stuck inside you for 7 years, and slowly kill you, and blah blah all sorts of imaginative things.
It is NOT true at all.
Its something parents made up so that kids wouldn't swallow their gum.
