    Yes, that's why they should be read within the specified time window using first morning urine.
    The time window varies by maker and is detailed in the instructions.

    Yes, its common for false negatives to happen but not false positives. If its negative then turns to positive I would suggest going to your doctor cause that sounds to me like pregnancy.
