    is this correct?!
    6x+33+5x=11(x+3)
    so
    6x+33-33+5x=11x+33-33
    6x+5x=11x
    what do u do next ?

    Slow down there horse.

    Start from the beginning and show each stage.
    You get MORE marks for the working out then for the actually answer.

    So start over.

    Start from the original equation and do each stage at a time in full.
    Least then we can see where there's any mistakes, if any..

    The goal is to put numbers on one side and x's on the other
    so you get x=Number

    Where are you getting these from?
    Remember you CANNOT have 0x = anything

    It does NOT work out.
    You must have some amount of x..

    and u could have x alone it just = 1

    OK so lets see what you have step by step..
    Actually that ones really dumb!

    6x+33+5x=11(x+3)
    11x+33=11x+33

    So that's just plain stupid..
    As x can be ANYTHING you want.
    Now you can see why it's important to show all of your workings..

    Your mixing things up here.
    You can't just drop an x as it messes it up..
