Disney movie from 80s (sliding down rainbow becoming a mud bog)
There was a movie from the 80s that used to be aired on the Disney channel around the time of Fuzzbucket. I have searched for years and can find no info whatsoever. I vaugely remember the movie but what I remember is a little dwarf type guy who befriends two kids(a girl and a boy). I don't remember the plot but the scenes that stick in my head are the two kids in a barn drinking soda and the dwarf starts floating. Also towards the end of the movie the dwarf brings the kids to his world where a group of his kind slide down rainbows and transform into mud bogs which are flying balls of mud. The dwarf attempts to convince the children to do this but they refuse and decide they want to go home. If anyone can help at all I would appreciate it so much.
