    A partisan OH tank
    Sir,
Sorry, I am repeating the question I am living in a building with 22 flats .An overhead tank caters to our water needs with two outlets one for 9 flats on one side and the other for13 flats on the other side. Out of the 13 flats 4 are in the middle. The outlets are at the same height and the plumber says all parameters are okay. Still, the nine flats get water for more duration (more than one hour) before and after the other side starts and stops getting water. Please guide me as to why this disparity?
