Hi! I have a small Arts & Crafts business with four divisions Education, Arts & Crafts, Green and Interactive. I would like to sell both the green division and the interactive division. The divisions are already a stand alone with their own marketing and advertising and websites. The overhead is very low and labor moderate. Income for both has decreased because of the recession. I am getting old and cannot find a family member to take them over although it would be a best scene scenario.
So, I am willing to give training, tutoring to help keep the money coming in for the new owner or owners.

I have only advertised on CL. Almost no reply’s.
I need to know the best place and a best plan to sell them?
