    utility bill help?
hi everyone, I'm hopefully going to be moving out of my mums house soon =)

for the sake of my wages (not very much) I'm doing a budget to see how much this is all going to be costing me!

thing is I don't know how much gas, electric and water cost? And I don't understand the council tax bands =/ I'm looking to move in to a 1-2 bedroom flat in Wales

if any one can give me a rough estimate I'd be grateful =)

not sure if I'll be living on my own or with my partner yet though, I just want out!

    thanks in advance
