    80s plastic Halloween Costume: Name this character
    A friend of mine is trying to figure out what character is this girl's halloween costume. It's an old picture from approximately 1987. The mask is a white face with pink cheeks, it looks like purple or possibly blue hair. There is a pink bow in the hair, and antennae with blue balls. The plastic "costume" is blue, with a picture of the character on it, but the girl is turned in such a way you cannot read it. The character appears to have blue boots. The colors are all pastel. It is not the Wuzzles or the Popples.

    Trying to think what would be popular in '87 (are you sure about the year?), and fit your description - possibly a Rainbow Brite character. ( although '87 might be a little late for that... ) there are little creatures called Sprites from the show, they do have one that is blue, with antennae and a bow, check out the link, it shows an advertisement with the characters, the Sprite in the front is the one I'm guessing. Is this is?
