Now that I have your attention, I am posting here because I quite literally don't have any friends nearby who are educated and available to discuss.

I am divorced seven years this month, it has been a bumpy ride thus far. Getting to the point, my former spouse remarried. In so doing, she has planted in her own mind that the new husband now has free reign over her affairs, and as they are two of a kind, he feels the same way.

I have sent in writing a request that he stop calling me, texting me, and sending me emails and that it is inappropriate to for him to be discussing personal business with me. In my mind and I'm sure, the legal world... this would normally be sufficient.

However, I have discovered that any emails and calls are monitored by him as he has setup Google voice in such a way as to filter any inbound and outbound communication, and that nothing said between my children and I is private either whether by phone or email (or Facebook, for that matter). He has lately challenged me with numerous voicemails that we need to "discuss this like men", trying to persuade me to talk to him, I asked why is he calling, where is (she) he said I can talk to him, that he thinks it appropriate to do so. It is not, I have already told him that.

He has called me from three or four different numbers, in an effort to trick me into answering. This was something I remember doing as a child, and I have little patience for childish antics.

Anyway, I have not really spoken with my ex wife in over a year, she does not answer the phone, return messages of any kind nearly all information has been "filtered".

My question is, is there something I can maybe do... a motion that may bring attention to this matter? I can stonewall all day long as much as I need, but the foundation is she is again trying to drive a wedge into my relationship with my children, and to distance us as much as possible.

Don't candy coat or oversiimplify, I am educated but presently overwhelmed because this is not a normal situation and has progressed through over 30 months in and out of courtrooms, across several states, and now she thinks she has a mouthpiece to do her talking.

This is some of the weirdest crap I have ever seen.
