    If I asked someone to help me get my car out of a mud patch
    And there was a retaining wall behind. I told the person not to back up because I did not want the car to go over the wall. The person backed up and the car got stuck on the retaining wall. The person used their car to push my car and my entire fender ripped off. Can I sue for damages

    If you basically asked for his assistance, I don't know how you can sue for damages. What about your car insurance?
