I have been dating this boy for a while now for like 4 or 5 months I don't know, anyway lately my boyfriend has been hanging around my friends with his friends because he friend is dating my friend.

But this new girl joined our group and said to my friend that she liked my boyfriend and would steal him from me. That’s what my friends said, I got even more worried and had heard that she was flirting with him.

I have total trust into my boyfriend it’s not him that bothers me it’s her she is my friend and I feel like flirting with him in front of her to make her jealous but I know I shouldn't. I hate the fact that she is flirting with him, if this was you what would you do?

What if she starts hanging out in my group that would make both of us feel awkward because he knows as well but still it makes me feel jealous that she loves my boyfriend the fact she said ill steal him from you made me feel even more awkward, if she hangs out in my group that would be awkward. I'm just afraid.

I have no clue what to do please I need your advice ASAP! Thanks

The fact that you're worrying tells me that you really don't trust him. Why? If you truly trust him, then there's nothing to worry about.

When my girlfriend finds out girls like me she tells me, she enjoys it, she loves having someone girls want. She feels that way because she trusts me, and knows that their attraction isn't mutual.

Seems to me like you should start worrying whether you actually trust your boyfriend, instead of worrying about this girl, because you can't have a relationship without trust.

How old are you? How old is he?

I'd be more confident in myself - I am (honestly) not threatened by other women, nor would I change my behavior to make another unhappy or happy or stake out my territory.

Let her say whatever she wants. As "Cobra" said - you either trust him or you don't.

There will be dozens of other girls who like your boyfriend ( love only happens after they are in a relationship) she may lust, may desire but she does not love him.

There can be 100 girls throwing theirself at him, if he is a cheater he will even hunt one down to cheat, if he is true to you, nothing will ever happen.

If you don't trust him, just break up

I agree with the others and wonder if that girl is just trying to annoy you and get into your head/push your buttons with her comments and flirting. (Girls like to do that to each other. Welcome to the world of teenage romance.) I'm guessing she really doesn't want him for a boyfriend and would ignore him if he did more than look twice at her..
