Bleached hair w/ semi permanent rinse didn't
I bleached my hair on sat then used a semi permanent rinse (crimson) & it didn't come out like I wanted. I tried shampooing it out w/ neutralizing shampoo and all it did was made it orange. I thought I could just use peroxide to lighten it and still turned out orange. I put the rest of the crimson semi permanent rinse back in and let it sit. Now it's bright orange. What should I do. Need help immediately. By the way my hair is cut boy-short. Please respond
