You are in a danger zone at 7 drinks with less than 72 hours for clearance. Part of the problem is that above 5 drinks the research becomes vague with a focus on BAC as opposed to amount of consumption.
I have received an increasing number of reports of individuals passing in the 50 hour range have consumed even greater amounts but those are mostly anecdotal reports.
I would think that your chances of passing are better than 50/50 but not assured.
Let us know the results.
I'll try to pick up here tomorrow if you provide a more definitive time line.

I've read that the enzyme that produces EtG breaks down in water so I have been drinking a lot of it. Does that really help?

Water soluble. A widely recognized and a glaring flaw (one of many) of this test.

My test was pushed back until tomorrow so I'm sure I will be in the clear. I am going in around noon. And it will be over 80 hrs since last drink.
