    Property and boundary laws
    My neighbour put up his new fence,in which is partly on my garden,he pulled down my block wall which was a wall to my shed,he also dug down to a shared sewerage drainage pipe exposing it putting concrete and a concrete post directly on top of the shared sewerage pipe,can the law make him pay for replacement of my block wall which he pulled down without my permition,and can the law make him sign acontract saying he will souly pay for any fractures or damage to the shared sewerage pipe if the concrete or concrete post damages the sewerage pipe.thankyou

    If you are asking what the Courts can do, yes, you can take him to Court and sue for your damages. If he is violating the health laws by putting a post on top of a sewer pipe the Health Department can force him to remove it and make the repair.

    If by "the law" you mean the Police, no, they can't.

    Do you have a survey which will prove that he is on your property?

    You sue him for all the damages, you have the sewer line inspected and fixed if needed, you have sod repaired if he damaged the land on your property.

    You need a survey done if he did this on your property and you can force him to move any of his fence on your property
