2003 ford f250 6.0 diesel hard to start then white smoke
I have a 2003 Ford F250 6.0 diesel with 100806 miles. I have never had a problem with the truck. It does not leak any fluids of any kind, never uses any oil between oil changes. It has excellent power and runs smooth. This morning I went to start and it would turn over. I tried it again, but still would not fire. On the third try it fired, but produced white, strong diesel smelling smoke. I drove the truck and everything seems fine. Turned it off and waited 20 minutes started it again and it fired right away. Why did it not fire the first time this morning and then produce white smoke when it did? No notification lights on at all.

My diesel truck is giving me fits. When I start it up there is no problem, but after it runs for awhile, it starts to vibrate (you can feel it in the steering wheel) it acts like it is going to die, runs badly like water in the gas, then you get a fuel smell in the cab.
