    If you get violated, your suspended sentence kicks in. In other words, the jail time you avoided by getting probation, you get. Just don't try to BS the judge on your progress date, tell him you slipped and it won't happen again.

    There's no way to tell. You COULD be made to serve your entire sentence in the slam... Or, you could get another chance.
