    This is my semen analysis report. I have issues in this report please guide me what I have to do. How do I improve this.

    As you have already had the appropriate tests done and received the results, you should be consulting with your own medical practitioner on any issues.

    Your doctor should sit down with you to explain the report's technical terminology. Didn't he do this yet?

    No he didn't he just say me :

    * Sperm motility is reduced.
    * Sperm morphology is significantly abnormal.
    Suggestion: Semen for c/s.

    No, I just give sample to lab and they give me report and in remarks they right this that I have issues. I am not married. So docotrs will not treat me because they will say you are not married we will not be treating you so I need your help.

    That what's the major problem in this report? How to increse it? How much chances that my wife get pregnant with this?

    I thought you said you aren't married. First, get married and then they will treat you. Find a doctor who will help you as a single man, if you are single.
