    Weighted average of common stocks
How would you compute the weighted average of common stocks if the they were issued mid-month instead of at the beginning of the month? Do you switch the denominator to 52 weeks? Do you use a fraction of a month? Or do you simply include the month in which it was issued as a full month?

    Thanks.
