Abnormal Menstrual Cycle
My cycle has always been about a month apart like normal but for the last couple of months, it has only been about 12 days apart. I'm wondering if this might be a side effect of the diet I've been on, I'm doing the low carb thing. I have been eating very healthily though, plenty of fruits, veggies, nuts, chicken, etc... just very low fat, low carbs. I've lost about 30 pounds over the past 4 or 5 months but am by no means too skinny or anything (5'1" and 110 pounds). I'm getting a little worried it may something more serious like cysts or worse yet, cancer. Is this something I should see a doctor about? I have no medical insurance so I'm avoiding the docs if I can.
