Before I ever became pregnant, sex was enjoyable to me and I produced a lot of vaginal fluids so no lubrication was EVER needed. But ever since my first pregnancy I noticed my fluids wanted to stay inside me. I thought maybe after having my kid my body would go back to being normal but it never has. I do produce some vaginal fluids but not a lot and what is produced doesn't come out so I feel the friction while having intercourse. It's embarrassing and uncomfortable. I've used lubricants but they're kind of irritating. Is there a way to produce more natural fluids?
