Limiting visitation
I have a four year old and my sons father gets him every Thursday till Monday and people are telling me that his drinking around him and I did bring it to court my sons father is putting my son and danger what do I do because he gets drunk to the point he can't stand up and I'm scared for my son and I worry the judge don't want to listen to me I need help

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
You need to get concrete proof that the father is getting legally drunk during the child's visits. You may petition the court for a blood test. Or bring witness testimony. Basically you need to convince the court that he could be a danger. |
