    Sexual offender in usa, with a green card permanent resident from Canada
    Someone I know is in jail for 6 months as a sexuel offender. " indecent exposure to minors.He is a canadien citizen with a green card. When he gets out he needs to do a 52 week class for sexuel impulses. Is he going to be deported if so, would it be after he finishes his 52 week class.

    No way to know 100% BUT I'm surprised he wasn't deported immediately. I suspect he will be upon his release - the US is not going to want him hanging around for 52 weeks.
