    Air conditione problemsr in my 1999 honda accord turns on and off
    I have a 1999 honda accord. For the past few months the air conditioner want come on or will cut off and on while driving. It works fine when the light on the dash comes on but when the lights off it will not. It seems like there is a wiring short some where but I don't know where to start. Any ideas?

    Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Be very thorough, since it will save a lot of time and money. Ensure fuse contacts are corrosion-free and seat firmly in place.
