    How to control obsessive thoughts
    Hi my name is suresh, age-22 male, height- 5.3 and weight- 44.
    M suffering from Obsessive thoughts (I think so) from age 12 n until date because of which I have tough times concentrating/ focusing or doing any day to day activity...
    I am also suffering form hyper acidity caused by Obsessive thoughts...
    Which further let to insomnia.my skin color got darkened, and no matter how much I eat I don't get fat(healthy)...
    Trust me its just made my life a living hell...

    I hope you mean "hyperactivity" and not "hyper-acidity", because that would be a different thing altogether.

    What do you mean by "obsessive" thoughts? Impulses like worrying about stuff, or words and concepts that keep popping up in your head?
