    99 honda won't start
    The engine turns over sounds like its about to start but won't any idea

    If the Check Engine Light comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when you turn the ignition switch to ON (Position II), and you can hear the fuel pump run during this interval, focus on the distributor. Normally, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor solves the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM.
