    Rear eneded uninsured motorist
    If you are rear ended by insured motorist and your vehicle is not insured. Can you still sue for medical and vehicle damages.

    Sorry, some Karma here in this, a uninsured car, hitting an uninsured car.

    Can you sue, of course, do you think that the person that hit you has money in the bank, If they don't have enough money to pay for insurance, what do you think you will get if you sue, Sure you can win, but winning and getting paid are two different things.
