Well there's this guy and well I have known him for about a year but over the past few weeks everyone says he likes me but he flirts with other girls but when I'm around he doesn't and all he does is attempt to talk to me without stuttering but I think he's cute but k don't want to go and say 'i like you' when he may not feel the same way. He always asks about me when I'm not around and when I am around he's very nervous and just tries to smile but ends up being pulled away by his mates. He has a brother and he says lets call him guy at number 28 really likes me and whenever I'm not around he's all confident but when I'm around he seems shy.
Does he like me ?

He may like you have had several people tell you so. Instead of worrying about telling him you like him and him rejecting you, just get to know him.
I didn't understand the other part. Do you like his brother or did his brother tell you the guy likes you?
