    Can you be more specific about what you need? There may be generic samples on the WEB, but HR consultants usually make money for creating something for a company so you may not find anything worthwhile for free.

    Actually I searcheda a lot , and I didn't find anything .

    Overall , I need a manual which contains all HR policies and procedures , well written , and I can depend on it .
    Since I am writing the company policy and procedures .

    I also looked, but I didn't find anything for free. So I'm afraid you w2ill need to consult either your legal consultants or an HR consultant to develop something.

    Another possibility here is networking. Do you know the HR people at other companies in your field?
