Well I have had my mirena iud for about 2 and a half years and never had a problem my periods have been irregular when I had the mirean but my period finished on the 3rd of April 2012 I had finished the next period on the 1st of June but I still don't have it, and for the past few days I have cried a lot and been really angry so I thought it was my period but it hasn't come yet.

So this morning I decided to feel the strings of the mirena iud but I can only feel one and it feels longer than normal, so my question is do you think my mirena iud has moved? Do you think my emotions are related to this? Or is it just PMS? (which normally doesn't happen this bad) and if it is PMS how can I make my pieriod come? Thanks for the help if you could tell me any of your experience it would be great

Also I forgot to add that about 2 weeks ago I had having sex with my fiancé and I got this really bad pain in my ovaries it was so bad I couldn't walk and I ended up crying all night,I checked my strings and they were fine I went to the doctors the next day and got told I would be fine
