    Stepson's rights after death
    I have lived with my stepdad for 60yrs he never adopted me but changed my name by deedpoll I have two younger sisters and he is their father we all have the same mother,now they have passed I seem to have been cut out of the will not completely but not equal share's as I have always been led to believe would happen,the will has not been read yet but I am worried that I will be hurt where do I stand legally

    What makes you think you have been cut out? If the will hasn't been read you don't know what's in it.

    But since you were never adopted you may not have any legal rights.

    You have no legal rights to anything, the only thing you will get is what he gave you in the will.

    If he cut you out completely you get nothing, so you need to review the will.
