    What type of roof, shingle roof, ( if so what type of shingle), perhaps a tar flat roof, maybe a sealed membrane roof or a metal roof ?

    Are you removing any old roofing, if so, what type and how are you going to dispose of it ?

    Do you have the needed license and insurance that would be required there ?
